Uitwisseling of Terugzending van Goederen
Als het product van goede kwaliteit is, heeft de koper het recht om de op afstand gesloten overeenkomst binnen 14 dagen na de uitvoering te ontbinden.
Om het recht op ontbinding van de overeenkomst te behouden, moet de consument de product(en) in de originele staat bewaren. Als het product is vernietigd, beschadigd of beschadigd door geen schuld van de klant, wordt de klant niet de mogelijkheid ontnomen om de overeenkomst te ontbinden. Als de waarde is verminderd door het uitpakken van het product of het controleren van de werking, betekent dit niet dat de consument geen verzoek om terugbetaling kan indienen.
Het product wordt niet teruggenomen als ten minste één van de onderdelen ontbreekt:
- volledig uitgeruste uitrusting;
- een kassabon/ factuur die het aankoopbewijs in de online winkel ReviewEazy bevestigt;
- garantiekaart;
- een rapport met een beschrijving van de defecten opgesteld door de serviceafdeling.
Het geld voor de producten wordt binnen de wettelijke termijn terugbetaald.

Herroepingsrecht
Bij ReviewEazy vinden we het belangrijk dat je tevreden bent met je aankoop. Daarom heb je volgens de wet het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen zonder opgave van reden te herroepen. Deze termijn gaat in op de dag nadat jij of een door jou aangewezen derde (behalve de vervoerder) het product hebt ontvangen.
Wil je gebruik maken van je herroepingsrecht? Vul dan het herroepingsformulier in dat je op onze website kunt vinden of stuur ons een duidelijke verklaring via e-mail. Na ontvangst van je herroeping heb je nogmaals 14 dagen de tijd om het product terug te sturen. Het retourneren is voor jouw rekening en risico, tenzij het product bij ontvangst niet aan de overeenkomst voldoet.
Levering
Wij streven ernaar om je bestelling zo snel mogelijk te leveren. Zodra je betaling is ontvangen, wordt je bestelling binnen 1-2 werkdagen verzonden. De verwachte levertijd is afhankelijk van je locatie en de beschikbaarheid van de producten, maar bedraagt doorgaans 1-3 werkdagen
Prijzen
Alle vermelde prijzen op onze webshop zijn inclusief btw en andere relevante belastingen, tenzij expliciet anders vermeld. De prijzen kunnen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving worden gewijzigd, maar de prijs die op het moment van jouw bestelling geldt, is de prijs die voor jou geldt.
Verzendkosten
Voor bestellingen boven de €50,- betaal je geen verzendkosten. Bij bestellingen onder dit bedrag worden verzendkosten in rekening gebracht van €3,95 voor kleine items en €6,95 voor grote items.
